Cross cutting blade

The transverse shear is suitable for cutting metal materials such as steel plate and non-metallic materials in electromechanical and metallurgical industries. According to the different conditions of the sheared objects, the appropriate materials can be selected, and the shear thickness ranges from 0.1 to 25 mm. Its shapes are rectangular, arc shaped and ∨ shaped. The ∨ shaped and circular arc shaped are used to form a larger shear difference and greatly reduce the impact rate, strength and noise of the equipment. The metal plate shear blade is mainly made of 5crw2si6crw2si, 9CrSi, H13, H12, cr12movsld (7Cr7Mo3V2Si) and other high-quality wear-resistant alloy tool steels, which are forged, machined, heat-treated, leveled and ground. For silicon steel and other thin materials, the blade with cemented carbide or powder high speed steel can also be used to improve the shearing quality and service life.
